Federal Authorities Accused of Child Abuse by Brisbane Barrister reports Blumers.com

One of their victims is Annette Bledsoe, a sixty-one year old woman living alone, whose home was the scene of an unsuccessful burglary attempt.

Apple stocks reach new high by breaking $700 following iPhone 5 launch reports iPhone5kopen.nl

Apple stocks rose $2.13 to close at $701.91 Tuesday, although they hit a high of $702.33 earlier that afternoon.
Demand for the new iPhone 5 quickly outstripped initial supply. Within the first 24 hours, the number of orders for the iPhone 5 was more than double that for the iPhone 4S last October.
Apple began taking orders for its latest smartphone at 3 a.m. Friday.
Analysts said the surprising volume of sales showed that some observers had not appreciated the potential of the iPhone 5, claiming it lacked a wow factor.
We continue to believe many underestimate iPhone 5 in that it is a significant update and will drive a powerful product cycle, said Shaw Wu, an analyst with Sterne Agee, in a communication
to investors.
Apple made a big change in the iPhone screen for the first time with the new model. A larger screen 4 inches diagonally, up from 3.5 inches in earlier versions provides more space for icons and for widescreen video. The new model also weighs less and is thinner.
Most of the orders for the iPhone 5 will be delivered Friday, when the device hits the shelves, Apple said Monday, but some will be delivered in October.
Wu, of Sterne Agee, expects 27 million iPhones to be shipped by Apple this quarter.
The smartphone costs $199 for a 16-gigabyte model for subscribers with a two-year contract with AT&T, Sprint or Verizon Wireless.
Since CEO Steve Jobs died October 5, Apple stocks have gone up 86 percent. The companys market value has been put at $658 billion, with the recent $700-plus share price. That compares with Google, which was at $712.28 a share Tuesday and a market capitalization of $236.4 billion.
Google shares broke $700 in 2007.

This opportunity has proven irresistible to many, including two Fortune 500 companies facing litigation from the Federal Trade Commission for illicit social media practices. Some companies exchange pay or other forms of compensation, including gift cards or free products, for positive reviews of their products, whether or not the reviewer has ever used their products or services.
The FTC ruled that reviews for products without disclosures, including that the reviewer was paid or received a gift in exchange for the review, is fraudulent activity punishable with fines. Upon learning of the FTCs Guide Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising initially drew sharp criticism from the blogosphere.
The practice of writing fake reviews has shifted in recent years from blogs to social networks, where companies can purchase Facebook likes or Twitter followers. McLaren aims to rule the road with newly launched P1 Sportscar reports CarCoversPal.com
(EMAILWIRE.COM, September 23, 2012 ) San Francisco, CA- McLaren, maker of the famous F1 supercar, is planning a new road car that will challenge rivals Bugatti, Lamborghini, and Porsche.
The vehicle, designated P1 at the moment, was announced by the British Formula One team and will be unveiled at the 2012 Paris motor show. The P1 is expected to launch in 2013. McLaren has said it intends for the two-seat P1 to be, the best drivers car in the world on road and track.
Official details of the cars capabilities and mechanical specifications are not yet available. McLaren has said it will be more than a year before independent testers can check its performance. Sources have said it will feature an energy system styled after those of Formula One vehicles that will help provide 720kW. It will be driven by the MP4-12Cs 3.8-liter V8 engine.
Our aim is not necessarily to be the fastest in absolute top speed but to be the quickest and most rewarding series production road car on a circuit, said Antony Sheriff, Managing Director for McLaren. It is the true test of a supercars all-round ability and a much more important technical statement.
The price of the P1 is expected to be about 800,000 English Pounds, and it will be built only for left-hand drive.
The design of the car was clearly inspired by McLarens proud history. The headlamp graphic was fashioned from the company logo and the air scoops shape is based on the F1s. The P1 will be the result of 50 years of racing and road car heritage, McLaren boss Ron Dennis has said.
The P1, whose working title will be replaced by a production title with the MP4 designation, will be assembled at McLaren headquarters in Woking, England.
It will be the most exciting, most capable, most technologically advanced and most dynamically accomplished supercar ever made, Sheriff said.

Other teams are definitely recognizing the teams performance, particularly Flaccos newfound skill and speed in his new position. "I think the offense suits him," Eagles coach Andy Reid told reporters on a conference call. "What they're doing with the hurry-up game, I think he handled that very well. ... I like what they're doing. It was effective the other night. They're playing good football."
The Ravens coach agrees by stating that they are not only good, they are Scary good.

The MariOs cereal box features Bills red and blue colors with a picture of Williams on the front and Lowe on one side. It also includes information about Carlys Club, which supports Buffalo Roswell Park Cancer Institute patients.
According to his mother, Maureen Warren, Lowe will continue to receive treatment for two years.

Chicago Bears raise ticket prices for ninth time in 10 seasons reports NFLTickets.me
(EMAILWIRE.COM, September 23, 2012 ) San Francisco, CA- For the ninth time in a decade the Chicago Bears raised ticket prices. The average average season ticket now costs $110.91, according to the annual Fan Cost Index survey.
The Bears raised their average non-premium season ticket price by 9.2%. According to sports marketing research firm Team Marketing Report, it is the largest percentage increase in the NFL.
Chicago single-game tickets also spiked in price, costing an additional $25 per game over season ticket per-game prices. While this hike is new to the Bears, it is fairly common among most professional sports teams.
The average Bears premium season ticket remains the same as the previous year at $389.
"Our focus has been around adding benefits and amenities for our season-ticket holders," Bears Vice President for Sales and Marketing, Chris Hibbs, wrote in an e-mail to ESPNChicago in July about the price increase. "They should be paying less for their tickets than what the general public pays. We're very lucky to have a vast majority of Soldier Field filled with our loyal season-ticket holders, so the quantity of tickets available in the public on sale is limited to a few thousand per game. But we feel it's important that the public has an opportunity. The reality is we could sell them all as season tickets if we wanted."
It appears the price increase is no deterrent to Bears fans. Single-game tickets sold out fast when Chicago released them in July.
Across the NFL, the average ticket costs $78.38, up 2.5% from last season. The Bears ticket is the fifth-most expensive in the league for the second consecutive season. The most expensive average ticket price is for New York Jets single-game tickets, which average $117.94 per. The New England Patriots are a close second with tickets only 10 cents cheaper each.
Other NFL teams to raise ticket prices in the NFC North Division include the Detroit Lions (an increase of 8.3%) and the Green Bay Packers (5%).
The Dallas Cowboys have the highest Fan Cost Index total in the league at $634.78 for a family of four to attend a game. The Bears Fan Cost Index total is third-highest at $608.64.
Meanwhile, ticket prices arent the only gauge of NFL entertainment affordability. The cheapest beer sold at Soldier Field is $8.50 - $1.25 higher than the average NFL beer price.
